How do I get to Machu Picchu?

Once you get to Cusco, the journey to Machu Picchu isn’t over. You have 2 options to complete the pilgrimage to this World Wonder: Walk or take the train.

No matter which mode of travel you choose, there are plenty of things to see along the way.

You can choose any of several trails to walk and camp for anywhere from 2 and 7 days. There is so much more than just the Inca Trail.

Or if you want to travel by train, you can easily do it in one day from Cusco or you can spend several days exploring Cusco and the Sacred Valley.
